SY Holdings Group Limited disclosed that it bought back 783,500 ordinary shares on 14 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 5.93 to HKD 6.305, with a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 6.22, for a total consideration of HKD 4.87 million. All repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.07 billion from 1.07 billion, while its treasury share balance rose to 1.30 million shares. The buy-back represents 0.07% of the company’s pre-transaction issued share capital.
The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 29 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 106.58 million shares. To date, 0.74 million shares—equivalent to 0.07% of the authorised limit—have been repurchased under this mandate.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, SY Holdings is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 14 October 2026.
