CB GLOBAL (08026) has issued an announcement regarding a proposed share consolidation.
The board of directors recommends consolidating every ten (10) issued and unissued existing ordinary shares, each with a par value of HK$0.1, into one (1) consolidated ordinary share with a par value of HK$1.0, based on the company's share capital structure.
