Huadian Liaoning Energy Development Co.,Ltd. (600396.SH) has announced a plan to inject additional capital into its controlled subsidiary, Huachuang (Duolun) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Duolun Company), to support the development of a chemical energy storage power station project.
This strategic move aims to broaden the company's energy storage operations and further refine its energy mix, contributing to the firm's long-term high-quality growth agenda. The project in question has been formally incorporated into the second batch of independent new-type energy storage construction initiatives for 2026, as designated by the Energy Administration of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Huadian Liaoning Energy will contribute approximately 170 million yuan to this venture, with Zhichuang Company making a proportional capital injection to maintain the existing shareholding structure.
