Nanhua Futures Executes HK$0.20 Million H-Share Buyback, Treasury Stock Rises to 4.00 Million Shares

Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. disclosed on 15 September 2026 that it repurchased 29,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$6.56 to HK$6.70, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$6.6209 per share and an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$0.20 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0194% to 152.11 million shares. Treasury shares increased from 3.97 million to 4.00 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 156.11 million.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 16 July 2026 that authorises the repurchase of up to 10.77 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 4.00 million H shares—equivalent to 3.71% of the issuer’s outstanding shares on the mandate date—have been acquired under this authorisation.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, Nanhua Futures is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 15 October 2026.
