Republic Healthcare unveils 2025 Annual Report online and transitions to full electronic dissemination of corporate communications

Republic Healthcare Limited has released its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular (including the notice of Annual General Meeting) and proxy form in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and on the company’s website (republichealthcare.asia). Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive printed versions by mail at no additional cost.

Under GEM Listing Rule 2.07A, the Board has formally adopted an electronic-first model for all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Consequently, physical copies will no longer be dispatched by default. Instead, shareholders will receive an email or postal notification when new documents are uploaded.

To ensure prompt access to future disclosures, shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by emailing republichealthcare.ecom@computershare.com.hk. If no valid email is provided, investors must monitor the company and HKEX websites proactively; actionable corporate communications required under the GEM Listing Rules will still be sent in hard copy.

Those preferring printed materials may submit a written or email request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Such instructions will remain effective for one year.

Enquiries should be directed to the share registrar via the dedicated email address above. The notification is issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Tan Cher Sen Alan on 31 March 2026.
