Leader Education Limited (LEADER EDU) announced that all resolutions put to vote at its 14 September 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) were approved by a 100 % majority.

Key outcomes:

1. Dual finance lease packages endorsed • Shareholders ratified two finance lease arrangements signed on 23 March 2026 by Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology: – Finance Lease Arrangement (Artiking) with Zhejiang Artiking Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. – Finance Lease Arrangement (Guotai) with Guotai Leasing Group Co., Ltd. • Directors and the company secretary were authorised to execute all related documents.

2. Auditor rotation confirmed • The meeting accepted the resignation of Jon Gepsom CPA Limited with effect from 15 June 2026. • CCTH CPA LIMITED was appointed auditor from 21 July 2026 until the next AGM, with remuneration to be set by the board.

• Shares in issue: 800.00 million • Shares voted: 496.68 million (62.08 % of issued) • For each resolution, votes in favour: 100 %; votes against: 0 %.

Procedural notes:

• No shareholders were required to abstain, and the company held no treasury shares. • Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer. • All directors attended the EGM either in person or via electronic means.

The successful passage of all ordinary resolutions clears the way for LEADER EDU to proceed with the approved lease financings and complete its auditor transition ahead of the next annual general meeting.
