Feiyu Technology International Company Ltd. (FEIYU) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a steady capital structure with full compliance on public float requirements.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital held at 500.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000001, amounting to USD 50,000—unchanged from July.

• Issued share count stood at 1.75 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares on record. The company reported zero share issuance, cancellations or repurchases during the month.

Public Float • Management certified compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 August 2026.

Share Option Position • Post-IPO Share Option Scheme: 5.40 million options outstanding. • 2024 Share Option Scheme: 114.24 million options outstanding. • No options were exercised in August; consequently, no new shares were issued and no cash was raised. • As at month-end, a further 9.89 million shares could be issued on exercise of granted options, while 60.70 million shares remain available for future grants under the 2024 scheme.
