Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited repurchased 1.00 million ordinary shares on 14 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HK$1.06 million at prices between HK$1.035 and HK$1.080 per share. The shares will be cancelled.
Since the current buy-back mandate was approved on 20 May 2026, the company has bought back 16.50 million shares, representing 0.86% of the issued share capital on the mandate date. After the latest transaction, 174.74 million shares remain available for repurchase under the mandate.
Cumulatively, 41.95 million shares repurchased since December 2025 are awaiting cancellation. As at 14 September 2026, the company’s issued share base stood at 1.88 billion shares (excluding treasury shares), alongside 12.32 million treasury shares, keeping the total issued shares unchanged at 1.89 billion.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Ming Yuan Cloud is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 14 October 2026 following the latest buy-back. The board confirms that all repurchases have been executed in compliance with applicable regulations.
