Sinofortune Financial Holdings Limited announced that its Composite Document relating to the mandatory unconditional cash offer is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.sinofortune.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).
The company reminded investors that, effective 20 September 2024, it has adopted an electronic dissemination model for all corporate communications. Registered shareholders who have not yet provided a functional email address are requested to: 1) Complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong (postage-paid if mailed locally); or 2) Email their name, contact address and email details to info@sinofortune.hk.
Non-registered shareholders should contact their respective bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to register or update an email address.
