An ordinary resolution permitting greater deployment of idle self-owned funds for cash management also cleared comfortably, attracting 97.58 % approval (61.78 million shares). Opposition and abstention accounted for 2.42 % and 0.00 %, respectively.

The approved resolutions position CFMEE to adjust its registered capital structure and deploy additional internal liquidity for cash management purposes, subject to completion of relevant registration formalities.
