XH NEWS MEDIA (00309) has announced that, effective March 31, 2026, Ms. Tam Hang Yin has resigned from her position as the company secretary of the Company. Consequently, she will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, nor as the Company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents or notices under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). Mr. Yuan Shengwei has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent to succeed Ms. Tam, with the appointment taking effect from March 31, 2026.
