Maxicity Holds Issued Shares Steady at 400 Million in April, Confirms Adequate Public Float

Maxicity Holdings Limited (Maxicity) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 30 April 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

As of 30 April 2026, Maxicity’s authorised share capital was stable at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. Issued share capital also stayed flat at 400.00 million ordinary shares, while the company continued to hold zero treasury shares, resulting in an unchanged total of 400.00 million shares in issue.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, indicating that the proportion of shares held by public investors met regulatory thresholds.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the month, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations. The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Lam Kau Wang and submitted on 4 May 2026.
