LENOVO GROUP rose 4.35% in Hong Kong market, trading at 32.66 HKD/share. On the news front, LENOVO GROUP's x86 server shipments in Q2 surged to the top global position, narrowing the revenue share gap with Dell to just 0.6 percentage points.

The company's AI server backlog orders jumped sharply from RMB 140 billion in the prior quarter to RMB 360 billion, while AI-related business revenue grew 60% year-over-year to RMB 63.4 billion, hitting a record high. Meanwhile, convertible bond dilution concerns have largely been resolved. The company has been steadily converting and canceling its 2029 2.50% convertible bonds, with bondholders converting over 95% of the initial USD 675 million principal at an adjusted conversion price of HKD 8.37 per share. The remaining bonds are set for full redemption on September 16. Institutional estimates suggest that even fully accounting for convertible bond and warrant dilution, the stock retains 90% to over 140% upside potential over the next two years, with target prices of HKD 58.6 and HKD 72.2 respectively.
