ZHONGZI INTL H (08118) has announced a new board appointment, effective from 27 August 2026.
Mr. An Jiacheng has been appointed as an executive director of the company, along with roles as a member of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee.
The appointment takes effect immediately, with the company confirming the board changes in an official statement released today.
