HSBC Announces USD0.10 Second Interim Dividend for 2026

HSBC Holdings plc (HSBC) disclosed that its Board approved a second interim dividend of USD0.10 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The decision was made on 4 August 2026.

The dividend will be paid on 25 September 2026 to shareholders on the Principal Register in the United Kingdom, the Hong Kong Overseas Branch Register or the Bermuda Overseas Branch Register as of the record date, 14 August 2026.

Shareholders may elect to receive the cash dividend in US dollars, sterling or Hong Kong dollars. Based on forward exchange rates quoted by HSBC Bank plc at around 11:00 a.m. (London time) on 14 September 2026—US Dollars 1 = HK Dollars 7.840879 and Pounds 1 = US Dollars 1.348905—the cash amounts translate to:

• USD0.10 per ordinary share • approximately HKD0.784088 per ordinary share • approximately GBP0.074134 per ordinary share

For holders of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing five ordinary shares, the corresponding dividend is USD0.50 per ADS, payable on the same date to ADS holders of record on 14 August 2026.
