Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (TAIMEI TECH) disclosed that it repurchased 42,400 H-shares on 14 September 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying a total of HKD 0.21 million at prices between HKD 4.81 and HKD 5.10 per share. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 5.00 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury stock) declined to 193.59 million, while treasury shares increased to 7.00 million. The buyback represents approximately 0.02% of the company’s outstanding shares prior to the repurchase. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 200.59 million.

The purchases were executed under the general mandate approved on 23 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 20.02 million shares. Including this latest tranche, TAIMEI TECH has now repurchased 6.58 million shares, equivalent to 3.29% of the share count at the time the mandate was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 14 October 2026.
