KPM Holding Limited reported that every one of the seven ordinary resolutions presented at its 24 June 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) in Hong Kong was approved by an overwhelming 99.99% of the votes cast.
The resolutions endorsed by shareholders included: • Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025. • Re-election of Executive Director Ms. Lin Sin Huei and Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Xiao Laiwen, alongside authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration. • Re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as external auditor, with remuneration to be fixed by the board. • Granting the board a 20% general mandate to issue, allot and deal with new shares and a 10% mandate to repurchase shares, plus authority to extend the issue mandate by the amount of shares repurchased. • Termination of the existing share option scheme and adoption of a new share option scheme, including approval of the associated scheme mandate limit.
A total of 53.44 million shares—representing 22.57% of KPM Holding’s 236.80 million issued shares—were voted. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer. All directors were present at the meeting.
With each resolution comfortably surpassing the simple-majority threshold, the company’s corporate governance agenda and capital management flexibility received clear shareholder endorsement.
