Geekplus Repurchases 2.80 Million Class B WVR Shares, Reducing Free Float by 0.28%

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (abbrev. Geekplus) disclosed that on 14 September 2026 it repurchased 2.80 million Class B weighted voting right (WVR) ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 8.32 to HKD 8.61, for a total consideration of HKD 23.51 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares decreased to 983.40 million, while treasury shares rose to 40.75 million. Total issued capital remains at 1.02 billion shares. The latest buyback represents 0.284% of the company’s outstanding shares prior to the repurchase.

The repurchase was executed under a mandate approved on 26 May 2026 that authorises Geekplus to buy back up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 40.75 million shares, equivalent to 3.98% of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date.

In line with listing regulations, Geekplus is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 14 October 2026.
