Wharf Holdings Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Updates Shareholder Communication Arrangements

On 16 September 2026, The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (“Wharf Holdings”) informed shareholders that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website under “Investor Relations – Financial Reports” and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) website. Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find a hard copy enclosed with the notice.

The announcement also outlines updated options for receiving future corporate communications. Shareholders who have not provided an email address but wish to receive electronic notifications can submit a signed Email Address Form, downloadable from the “Shareholder Services” section of Wharf Holdings’ website. Completed forms may be returned by post (postage-free within Hong Kong), by hand delivery to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to wharfholdings-ecom@vistra.com.

Operational support is provided through Tricor’s customer service hotline at (852) 2980-1333, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

The notice reiterates that personal data collected for communication purposes will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, retained only as necessary for verification and record-keeping, and may be transferred to authorized parties when required by law.
