Able Engineering declares HKD 0.03 final dividend for FY 2026, sets 28 Sep payout

Able Engineering Holdings Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.03 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, according to a filing released on 25 June 2026.

Shareholders will vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 27 August 2026. If approved, the stock will trade ex-dividend on 31 August 2026. The last day to lodge share transfer documents with Tricor Investor Services Limited is 1 September 2026 at 16:30, followed by a book-closure period from 2 to 4 September 2026. Entitlements will be determined on the record date of 4 September 2026, with dividend payments dispatched on 28 September 2026.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at a fixed exchange rate of HKD 1:HKD 1, and no withholding tax applies. The company has no listed warrants or convertible securities outstanding.

The board comprises Executive Directors Mr Yau Kwok Fai and Mr Lee Hang Wing James, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Ar Prof Fung Yin Suen Ada, Prof Ko Jan Ming, Dr Lee Man Piu Albert and Mr Mong Chan.
