KPa-BM Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 31 August 2026, indicating a steady capital structure throughout the month.

• Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

• Issued share capital remained flat at 556.93 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no issuances, cancellations, or repurchases during the month.

• No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements were outstanding or exercised in August.

• The board confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring adequate market liquidity.

• All regulatory filings and procedural requirements under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant ordinances have been duly observed, according to the company secretary’s declaration.

With no changes to either authorised or issued share capital and no new equity instruments introduced, KPa-BM’s share base and ownership structure remained stable over the reporting period.
