Bama Tea Buys Back 20,000 H-Shares for HKD 0.64 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 0.96 Million

Hong Kong – Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 H-shares on 15 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying a total of HKD 0.64 million at prices ranging from HKD 31.58 to HKD 32.50 per share. The volume-weighted average cost was approximately HKD 32.19 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding H-share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.02% to 83.96 million. Treasury shares expanded to 0.96 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 21 April 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 5.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 0.96 million shares, equivalent to 18.09% of the authorised limit and 1.81% of the issued share base at the mandate’s approval date.

All 20,000 shares bought on 15 September will be held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 October 2026.

Management affirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable HKEX Main Board Rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
