Shenzhen International Holdings Limited has finalized the issuance of its 2026 Medium-Term Notes (MTN) Tranche 5, raising RMB1.00 billion at a fixed coupon of 1.65% and a tenor of five years. The notes were successfully issued on 14 September 2026, and the related documentation is available on the China Money and Shanghai Clearing House websites.
The transaction forms part of the company’s debt-financing programme registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, which permits the issuance of multiple instruments totalling up to RMB10.00 billion. Including Tranche 5, Shenzhen International has now issued RMB10.00 billion across six offerings:
• 2024 MTN Tranche 1: RMB4.00 billion • 2026 MTN Tranche 1: RMB1.00 billion • 2026 MTN Tranche 2: RMB2.00 billion • 2026 MTN Tranche 3: RMB1.00 billion • 2026 MTN Tranche 4: RMB1.00 billion • 2026 MTN Tranche 5: RMB1.00 billion
With the latest issuance, the company has fully utilized its approved RMB10.00 billion quota. Shenzhen International’s board of directors confirmed the completion of Tranche 5 through a voluntary announcement dated 14 September 2026, signed by Joint Company Secretary Liu Wangxin.
