Perfectech Intl Confirms No Share Capital Changes for April; Public Float Remains Compliant

Perfectech International Holdings Limited reported that its share capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 May 2026.

At month-end, authorised share capital stood at 700.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 70.00 million—identical to the prior month’s level. Issued share capital was stable at 490.39 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Perfectech stated that the public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement, reaffirming compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.32D(1).

The filing shows no activity in April involving share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked agreements, and no other share movements were recorded.

Company Secretary Lam Ka Shun confirmed that all regulatory obligations under Main Board Rule 13.25C were met during the reporting period.
