Binance divides them into three groups: Cash Management for periods under six months, Steady Income for six to 12 months, and Yield Enhancement for periods longer than one year.\nThe company identified short-term U.S. Treasury and investment-grade bond ETFs as examples of the assets offered. Binance has not publicly listed all 11 tickers in the announcement itself.\nIts original English notice refers to them as U.S.-listed ETFs, a description that differs from some translated reports calling them “U.S. equity ETFs.” Treasury and corporate bond funds are exchange-traded funds but are not equity funds.\nUsers can reach the products through the Earn section on either the Binance app or website. After entering the TradFi area, they can select an ETF, choose the number of shares, review the relevant terms and submit the order through Binance Stock Trading.\nBinance describes ETF Wealth Management as an information and market-access channel. It “is not a savings product” and does not provide fixed returns because ETF prices can rise or fall and cash distributions depend on the underlying fund.\nThe distinction applies even to short-duration Treasury products. Such ETFs can still move with interest rates, bond prices, credit conditions and market liquidity.\nUsers receive actual ETF shares through Binance Stock Trading\nETF Wealth Management uses Binance Stock Trading to execute purchases. Binance says customers hold the actual ETF shares and receive the corresponding economic benefits, including price changes and cash distributions where applicable.\nThe structure differs from Binance’s bStocks product. Direct stock and ETF trading gives users brokerage-held securities, while bStocks are tokenized securities with a separate legal structure.\nBinance states that bStocks do not themselves represent direct ownership of shares in the underlying listed company.\nAs crypto.news previously reported, eligible users gained access to more than 7,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs when Binance launched direct securities trading in June. Fractional purchases start from $5, while supported balances can be converted for securities purchases.\nBinance Stock Trading primarily executes securities purchases using USDC. The exchange’s current documentation says balances in selected supported assets can be converted into USDC before execution.\nFractional trading is available for selected instruments, while the minimum investment is $5. Trading hours depend on the security, with regular U.S. hours running from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. Binance says premarket, after-hours and selected overnight trading are available for supported securities.\nNest Trading and Alpaca handle the brokerage structure\nThe securities are not executed or held directly by Binance. Nest Trading Limited acts as the introducing broker and routes orders to Alpaca Securities LLC, which handles execution, clearing, settlement and custody.\nNest Trading is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market. ADGM’s public register lists the company as an active financial firm and states that it cannot hold or control client money.\nAlpaca’s role means Binance users place their orders through the exchange interface while another broker handles the securities infrastructure behind the transaction.\nBinance’s Stock Trading FAQ says stock and ETF holdings receive Securities Investor Protection Corporation protection of up to $500,000 per user, including a $250,000 limit for cash claims in a brokerage insolvency. SIPC protection does not cover investment losses caused by falling market prices.\nThe launch announcement contains another arrangement relevant to execution. Binance says it may receive payment for order-flow remuneration when directing securities orders. Customers are referred to the securities terms and disclosures for further details.\nETF launch extends Binance’s TradFi expansion\nETF Wealth Management arrives little more than three months after Binance launched its direct U.S. securities service on June 1.\nThe original service covered more than 7,000 stocks and ETFs and allowed eligible users to manage securities from an existing Binance account.\nBinance later said users acquired more than $1 billion of U.S. equities through Direct Stocks during its first 30 days, generating close to $3 billion in trading volume across 22 trading days. The figures are company-reported.\nHowever, the $1 billion milestone came within the service’s first month, with Binance saying 73% of its direct-stock customers came from emerging markets.\nETF participation had become a larger part of some customer activity by August. In related coverage, ETFs represented 21.9% of Gen Z net equity inflows on Binance during July, up from 18.5% in June.\nAlongside direct securities, Binance has developed bStocks as a separate on-chain product. The exchange launched the first batch of tokenized U.S. equities in June.\nAs crypto.news previously reported, selected bStocks are backed 1:1 by underlying securities and made available to eligible users under jurisdiction-specific rules.\nBinance Stocks had reached roughly $610 million in value and moved ahead of xStocks among tracked tokenized-stock issuers.\nBinance later extended its traditional-market offering into derivatives. On Sept. 1, the company announced options on more than 1,000 selected U.S. stocks and ETFs through Nest Trading and Alpaca.\nETF Wealth Management remains subject to geographic restrictions.
