China Resources Medical Holdings (HKG:1515) secured a Beijing court ruling ordering Yan Hua Phoenix and Yan Hua Hospital to pay or return at least 347.8 million yuan in connection with a dispute over the Yan Hua IOT Agreement.
The ruling took effect Sept. 11 after neither party appealed within the applicable period, the company said in a Monday bourse filing.
