Rockwell Automation Taps Anthropic AI to Strengthen Cybersecurity

Rockwell Automation (ROK) said Tuesday it has joined Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic's Project Glasswing, a global initiative to enhance cybersecurity across critical infrastructure.
Rockwell's security teams are using Claude Mythos 5 to explore ways to accelerate vulnerability identification, validation, prioritization and remediation in software and connected industrial systems, the company said.
Project Glasswing was launched by Anthropic in April to provide approved organizations with access to Claude Mythos Preview for defensive cybersecurity work, and now has about 150 partners in more than 15 countries, Rockwell said.
Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
