Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) extended its takeover offer for all Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) shares for the eighth time to Sept. 28 from Sept. 21 previously, with the offer subject to further extension or withdrawal, according to an Australian bourse filing on Monday after market hours.
The deadline for notifying shareholders of the status of the remaining outstanding conditions has also been extended to Sept. 21, per the filing.
