Zoom Communications Introduces AI-Powered Revenue Operating System

Zoom Communications (ZM) said Tuesday it launched a revenue operating system powered by artificial intelligence to unify buyer intelligence, customer conversations, and revenue execution in one platform.
The company said it introduced Common Room, which helps sales teams have a better understanding of people and accounts, and is now available for purchase through Zoom.
Zoom said it also rolled out new capabilities in Zoom Revenue Accelerator, including Engage, which builds structured multichannel sales sequences across multiple tasks, and Forecast, which transforms deal-level signals into a live forecast.
