Stocks to Watch Wednesday: Coinbase, Strategy, Intel, Fraser Group

Coinbase Global (COIN), Strategy (MSTR): Shares of the cryptocurrency firms edged down premarket after the Senate failed to pass the Clarity Act, a sweeping crypto bill that would have helped usher digital assets into the mainstream financial system.

Intel (INTC): The chipmakers's shares are up 3% premarket as AI-linked stocks largely recover from their battering earlier in the week.

Reliance Worldwide (AU: RWC): Shares of the Australia-listed plumbing-supplies manufacturer jumped 3.5% after Brookfield Asset Management agreed to acquire it in an all-cash deal.

Reckitt Benckiser (UK:RKT): The maker of Mucinex and Lysol is doubling down on U.S. product development and manufacturing to respond more quickly to shifts in consumer demand. Shares edged lower in London.

Fraser Group (UK: FRAS): Hugo Boss appointed the chief executive of U.K. retailer Frasers Group, which has a near majority ownership of the German apparel company, as its next chairman of supervisory board. Shares of Frasers dropped around 4%.

Reckitt Benckiser (UK: RKT): The maker of Mucinex and Lysol saw its shares fell in European trading after the Journal reported that the company is investing about $400 million over the next four years in the U.S.
