Carlsmed (CARL) has filed a lawsuit against DeGen Medical, alleging infringement of eight patents covering its implants, methods and systems, the company said late Tuesday.
The company is seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages in the case, which was filed in a US District Court for South Carolina, it said.
DeGen Medical did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
