EverCommerce Expands Share Buyback Plan to $325 Million

EverCommerce (EVCM) said Friday it has expanded its share buyback program to $325 million from $300 million authorized through Dec. 31, 2027.
The business software provider said it will finance the buybacks with cash on hand.
Repurchases may be made from time to time in the open market at prevailing market prices, or in negotiated transactions off the market.
