Sino-Ocean (HKG:3377) recorded contracted sales of 750 million yuan in August, with a gross floor area of 58,700 square meters.
The property company's average selling price was 12,800 yuan per square meter, according to a Monday bourse filing.
For the eight months ended Aug. 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 9.74 billion yuan and 796,200 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 12,200 yuan per square meter.
