Ardagh Metal Packaging's (AMBP) parent company was barred by a Luxembourg court from proceeding with the sale of all or any of its assets, the company said Wednesday.
The order follows a unilateral application brought by a group of debt holders, the company said.
Ardagh said it has yet to make its case and that it will be "vigorously challenging the order."
