Beta Bionics Lowers 2026 Revenue Guidance, Receives FDA Clearance for Mint Patch Pump

Beta Bionics (BBNX) said Monday it expects 2026 revenue of about $121 million to $126 million, down from its previous guidance of $131 million to $136 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $132.5 million.

Additionally, Beta Bionics said the US Food and Drug Administration has cleared its Mint insulin patch pump, with full US commercialization expected to begin in Q1 of 2027.

Mint features a reusable and disposable architecture that does not require recharging, and integrates with continuous glucose monitors and smartphone control on iOS and Android devices, the company said.

Beta Bionics said it expects to produce at least 1.5 million disposable units in 2027.

The company also said it has submitted a 510(k) application for its 3D Intelligence insulin dosing algorithm to the FDA.
