The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore has cleared a proposed joint business agreement between Qatar Airways, IAG Cargo and MAB Kargo, according to a Wednesday statement.
The air cargo alliance venture will allow the companies to cooperate on scheduling, pricing and sales for air cargo transport services across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
According to the regulator, the agreement is unlikely to eliminate competition on the affected routes and could improve cargo services.
