S.F. Holding Proposes Issue of 10 Billion Yuan in Guaranteed Notes

S.F. Holding (SHE:002352, HKG:6936) proposed to issue 5 billion yuan of 1.75% guaranteed notes due 2029 and 5 billion yuan of 1.85% guaranteed notes due 2031, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The notes will have aggregate gross proceeds of 10 billion yuan, before fees, commissions and other offering expenses. The company will use the net proceeds from the sale for refinancing and general corporate purposes, the filing said.
