Hanx Biopharma Plans Capital Raise Through Warrants Offering

Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (HKG:3378) is planning to sell warrants through a private placement to raise HK$3.9 million after transaction fee deductions, the company said in a Sunday bourse filing.
The company said it would sell 13.4 million shares at HK$0.36 apiece. Eligible investors can receive one share per warrant held at HK$36 apiece.
If all warrants are redeemed, Hanx would receive an additional HK$486.3 million in proceeds, all of which it will use for general corporate purposes.
First Shanghai Securities is acting as the sole placing agent for the proposed transaction.
