Leader's Advantage Acquisition (LEDRU) has priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 per unit for total expected gross proceeds of $150 million, the blank-check company said Thursday.

The company said the units, each consisting of one class A share and half of a redeemable warrant, will begin trading on Nasdaq on Friday under the ticker "LEDRU."

Each whole warrant allows the holder to buy one class A share for $11.50, the company said.

The underlying securities will later trade separately under the symbols "LEDR" for stock and "LEDRW" for warrants, it added.

Leader's Advantage Acquisition said the offering is expected to close Monday.
