Shares of Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) rose past 2%, Capstone Copper (ASX:CSC) gained almost 3%, while Firefly Metals (ASX:FFM) lifted more than 3% on Friday as the price of copper increased.
The London Metal Exchange showed a $14,491.50 per tonne price for the metal, up 1.8%.
