Power Grid Corp. of India (NSE:POWERGRID, BOM:532898) is planning to raise up to 50 billion Indian rupees from a bond placement with a 10-year term.
The issue will comprise a base issue size of 10 billion rupees and a green shoe option of 40 billion rupees, a Friday bourse filing showed.
