Japan Prime Realty to Borrow 1 Billion Yen to Repay Maturing Debt

Japan Prime Realty Investment (TYO:8955) will borrow 1 billion yen from Hachijuni Nagano Bank at a fixed rate of 2.618% to repay a maturing long-term debt of a similar amount.
The borrowing drawdown date is set for Sept. 24, 2026, while repayment is in full on Sept. 24, 2031, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
After the additional borrowing, the REIT's long-term loans payable will remain at 219.1 billion yen, investment corporation bonds at 23.9 billion yen, and total interest-bearing debt at 243 billion yen.
