A number of companies previously considering purchasing Evergrande Property Services Group (HKG:6666) are preparing offers once again, Bloomberg reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The move reportedly comes after exclusive discussions between China Evergrande liquidators and potential buyer Guangdong Provincial Tourism Holdings fell through, according to the report.

A formal offer by the parties, including private equity companies PAG, Warburg Pincus, and Trustar Capital, for the China Evergrande unit may or may not materialize, the people said.

Warburg Pincus declined to comment on the matter, while PAG, Trustar Capital, and Alvarez & Marsal Asia did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
