Fintech Firm Forms Syntron Postpones HK$943 Million Hong Kong IPO

Shenzhen Forms Syntron Information (SHE:300468) has postponed its HK$943.4 million initial public offering in Hong Kong, citing current market conditions, according to a Thursday filing with the bourse.

The Chinese fintech company said it will refund certain IPO application-related fees and will not issue any certificates due to the postponement of the public offering.
