Orix JREIT Secures 27 Billion Yen New Loan to Acquire Toyosu Prime Square

Orix JREIT (TYO:8954) has secured 27 billion yen in new loans from four lenders to finance the acquisition of Toyosu Prime Square.

Of the loan amount, a total of 7 billion yen will be provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, 7 billion yen by MUFG Bank, and another 3 billion yen by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking.

The loans carry floating rates based on JBA JPY TIBOR plus spreads ranging from 0.18% to 0.30%, with maturities spanning September 2027 to September 2036.

Three Mizuho Bank loans totaling 10 billion yen will be procured as Sustainability Linked Loans, with maturities spanning September 2026 to September 2036.
