SK hynix Says No Intel Memory Deal Has Been Finalized

SK hynix (KRX:000660) said it is exploring various options to strengthen its global competitiveness and has not finalized any plans, denying media reports that it is in talks with Intel to manufacture memory chips in the United States.
The South Korean semiconductor company said it has made no decision on leasing part of Intel's long-planned semiconductor manufacturing facility in Ohio, US, in a Thursday release.
The company said that a possible joint venture with Intel and major cloud companies has also not been finalized.
