Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems (SHE:301018) plans to raise proceeds of up to 1 billion yuan from the issuance of convertible bonds, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
The Chinese air conditioning equipment company's shares jumped 5% during Thursday's afternoon trade.
The convertible bonds will have a term of six years.
