Innate Pharma SA (IPHA) said Wednesday that its strategic partnership with Sobi to license lacutamab in T-cell lymphoma is now effective after applicable antitrust waiting periods expired and other closing conditions were completed.
The closing triggers a $75 million upfront payment and starts the TELLOMAK-3 confirmatory Phase 3 study, with the first patient expected in Q1 2027, the company said.
Innate will conduct the Phase 3 trial in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, while Sobi will receive exclusive global commercialization rights upon potential accelerated approval, Innate said.
