Sharetronic Data Technology (SHE:300857) plans to raise up to 8 billion yuan through a private placement of A-shares to fund AI computing and storage projects, according to a Wednesday Shenzhen bourse filing.
The hardware and software company will issue up to 146.8 million shares, priced at a minimum of 80% of the average trading price over the 20 trading days before the pricing benchmark date.
Sharetronic Data Technology's shares rose over 3% in recent trade.
