Nanjing King-Friend Biochemical Pharmaceutical (SHA:603707) subsidiary Meitheal Pharmaceuticals received U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval to add a manufacturing site for amikacin sulfate injection.
The product, which treats serious Gram-negative bacterial infections, will be manufactured at the company's facility, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
